Crossroads Services, Inc. has over 40 years of experience of working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Beginning as summer camps in 1970, Carol Bartley began the charge for change in how services for adults with intellectual disabilities were provided in Blair County. Carol’s passion for treating all individuals equally is what made CSI what it is today.

CSI has developed their programs so that the participants feel safe, comfortable and are treated like family.  Over the last 40+ years, many rules and regulations have changed, but Crossroads Services, Inc.’s determination to provide the best quality services has not.
