Behavioral Support

Crossroads Services, Inc. has two behavior specialists with a combined 30-plus years of experience. The behavioral specialists provide all behavior support to our residents (if applicable) and serve individuals residing elsewhere. Behavior support includes assessments, training, and intervention. These tools help families and providers address behavioral concerns. Crossroads Services, Inc.'s behavior support is built on the foundation of person-centered thinking. The goal is that with the help of behavioral support, the individual can attend program community events, visit family and friends, and live successfully in a residential or family home.
